Let's face it, Hollywood is full of secrets, and one of the biggest ones is how celebrities maintain their youthful glow. For Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton, the question on everyone's mind is whether she's turned to Botox to keep that fresh-faced look. While we may never know for sure if the mom of two has opted for injections, two top plastic surgeons shared their insights with Closer Weekly about Kate’s stunning appearance.
Dr. Vartan Mardirossian, a board-certified facial plastic surgeon and renowned expert in facial feminization, revealed his thoughts. "It seems like she might have had Botox injections in the forehead area," he explained. "In recent photos, her right eyebrow appears slightly lower than the left, and the inner parts of her eyebrows are more relaxed and slightly lower compared to older pictures. This can happen when Botox is used to treat frown lines. Sometimes, the product diffuses into the frontalis muscle underneath, causing the eyebrows to shift downward temporarily." Dr. Mardirossian's observations highlight subtle changes that could indicate the use of Botox.

Interestingly, Dr. Mardirossian noted that if Kate has indeed opted for Botox, her doctor has done an excellent job of keeping her appearance as natural as possible. This makes perfect sense—Kate has access to some of the best plastic surgeons and skincare experts in the world. Another expert, Dr. Andrew Miller, a board-certified facial plastic surgeon, agreed with Dr. Mardirossian. He told Closer that Prince William’s wife "might" have had Botox treatments.
Dr. Miller elaborated, "While her forehead appears smooth, which could suggest Botox, it's hard to be certain. Some people naturally have smooth skin. However, if she tries to raise her eyebrows or frown and nothing happens, that would be a strong indicator that she's had the treatment." Even though we can't confirm if Kate has undergone any plastic surgery procedures, we do know she uses chocolate and a budget-friendly $22 face oil to keep her skin looking radiant.
